Most of the time, you want to say thank you or well done and you do this face to face. Sometimes you might want other people to know that someone has done a good job. You can contact the Headteacher or Chair of Governors directly or via the reception desk and we will pass on your good wishes. We will also write back to let you know what we have done.

If you or your child has a problem at school, there is a process you should follow to report your concerns. If you are unhappy with how your concerns have been addressed you can make a complaint. Weald Rise Primary school has a formal complaints procedure. More information is available under policies and documents and from our school reception desk.
