After the most recent government announcement on social distancing Harrow Council is suspending library services until further notice. The council will be reviewing the situation at the end of April.
Renewals can be made by telephone using the 24 hour dedicated line on: 0333 370 4700 or online at www.harrow.gov.uk/libraries
There will be no charges for overdue items while the libraries are closed.
We remain committed to offering a service during this time for as long as we can. Whilst our physical branches are closed, we offer a number of online resources which are free to access and use for anyone who has a library card.
If you don’t have a library card, any member of your family can join online at www.harrow.gov.uk/libraries
You can access e-books, audiobooks online, newspapers and magazines, comics, encyclopaedias, family history resources, resources for citizenship and the Driving Theory Test for free! Please do keep an eye on our website where we will be posting a list of useful free resources for people to access such as health information and virtual museum tours amongst others.
